Phil Anderson has been admitted to practice in Oregon since 1995. He is admitted to practice before all circuit and appellate courts in the state of Oregon, the United States District Court for the District Oregon, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon. His practice areas included Corporate Law, Business and Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy, Employment Law, and Personal Injury. Mr. Anderson graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1995, where he was Articles Editor for the Oregon Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in economics and English literature from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Anderson has volunteered his time to many worthy causes, including the Oregon Child Care Commission, the Deschutes County Court Appointed Special Advocates, the Growing Tree Children Center, and Bend North Little League. In his spare time, Mr. Anderson enjoys mountain biking, running, and skiing the many trails surrounding Bend.
